Shipping Policy

We will delivery the order on the next day after payment had made, it will took around 3-5 working days via POSLAJU.

We delivery worldwide.

Customer will receive FREE SHIPPING within MALAYSIA for those total spending amount is exceed RM100. SINGAPORE customer will receive FREE SHIPPING when the purchase amount is exceed SGD 80. For other countries, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.

We are charging RM 6 flat rate per order for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM 10 flat rate per order for delivery to East Malaysia. Other countries the rate is base on the weight of the items.

Refund Policy
No refund or return after the purchase being made.
We guarantee to refund if and only if the item when its defect and  wrong delivery, and when you return it to us in sale-able condition within 7 days of receipt. Please take note that we do not offer cash refund. We will issue a store credit in which you may utilize it on your next purchase. All postage fee will be refund in credit as well.

For the sizes and colour is exchangeable within 3 days receipt in sale-able condition. Please bear in mind, there will be RM 5 admin charges and all return postage will be bear by customer.

Returns will only be done for an item(s) with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Requests for exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be declined duly.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds of any sale items, pierced jewelry or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Underwear is returnable as long as unworn and with all the barcode tags.
