1. How to Shop?

How to Shop Online?
    It’s Easy just follow the steps below:
  1. Log in to your account or sign up for a new account if it’s your first time purchasing.
  2. Browse thru our products catalog, when you found something you love add the item to cart by selecting size that fit you.
  3. You may continue shopping or complete your order by viewing your shopping cart.
  4. Fill in your correct personal details especially contact number and mailing address.
  5. Pick your preferred delivery method.
  6. Select a payment method.
  7. Confirm your order and you’re done!
An email confirmation will send to your registered email immediately when payment is made successfully.

What if the item i want is out of stock?

Don’t worry, we always bring back best seller product for backorder. Sign up for our newsletter to latest update!

How to make online payments?
For online purchases: We accept – Visa, Mastercard, Online Banking Transfer and PayPal.
For in store purchases: We accept cash in and credit cards.

2. Exchanges & Returns

Can i exchange my purchase?

All Returns Must Be Sent Back to our outlet within 7 Working Days (Malaysia) / 10 Working days (Oversea)/ 3day (For in-store purchase).

1. Please note that we do not accept cash refund but exchange with product or store credit.

2. We only accept exchange of size and colour (between available size and colour a well),

3. ALL Best Buy, SALES,Discounted/promotional items and bikini, accessories are CANNOT be exchange, refund, return after purchase is made.

4. Please note that all backorder items placed can’t be cancel and are not refundable or exchangeable.

5. Returns (color/size) either one can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.

6. Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined.

7. All the return parcel postage fee is bear by the customer (included return postage) , and customer take the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us.

Please take note that;

a. *Color of products may varies 10-20% due to studio lighting and editing.

b. *There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material.

c. *For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

d. Store credit discount code can only be used once, not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts/Points redemption.

How do i return an items?

All Returns Must Be Sent Back (via postal for online purchase) to our outlet within 7 Working Days (Malaysia) / 10 Working days (Oversea)/ 3days.

Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will be strictly declined.

*All the return parcel postage fee is bear by the customer (included return postage), and customer take the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us.

Can i option for refund?

No, we do not provide cash refund. Only exchange with product (within color or size is available).

3. Local Delivery

What are the delivery options?

1. We provide Express shipping to West and East Malaysia.

  • Delivers within 3-5 business day upon dispatch.

* Purchase more than RM100 will get FREE delivery (West Malaysia only).

2. You can also option for Self pick-up at any of our outlets.

  • A Notice will send to you when your items are ready to pick up at the selected stores.
How long will the parcel reach me?

Delivers within 3-5 business day upon dispatch for West Malaysia, within 5 days for East Malaysia.

How much is the postal fee?

For orders below RM100:

  • Express shipping to West Malaysia RM6 per order.
  • Express shipping to East Malaysia RM10 per order.

* Purchase more than RM100 will get FREE delivery (West Malaysia only).

4. International Delivery

What are the international delivery options?
We ship internationally!

For SINGAPORE orders delivery charge as low as SGD4, SG customers will receive FREE SHIPPING when the purchase amount is exceed SGD80.

For Other Countries, shipping cost will be base on the weight of the items, calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.

I haven't receive my parcel who should i contact?

Before reaching out to us by email room8008@gmail.com or please do a quick check with the tracking number given on the delivery agent website.

What happen if my parcel is lost?

Upon the unsuccessful delivery attempt or if it has exceeded 21 days, whichever comes first, the parcel will be returned to us and return fees will incur.

For us to dispatch your order to you again, re-delivery fees will be chargeable.

Should you prefer to return your order for online credits, please note that the return fees that were incurred will be deducted from your issued credits.
