Shipping Policy

Please read carefully for a better shopping experience.

  1. We will delivery the order on the next day after payment had made, it will took around 3-5 working days via POSLAJU.We provide shipping worldwide.
  2. Customer will receive FREE SHIPPING within MALAYSIA for those total spending amount is exceed RM100.
  3. SINGAPORE customer will receive FREE SHIPPING when the purchase amount is exceed SGD 80.
  4. For other countries, the shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.
  5. We are charging RM 10 flat rate per order for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and RM 15 flat rate per order for delivery to East Malaysia.
  6. Other countries the rate is base on the weight of the items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

  1. All Returns Must Be Sent Back to Room8008 Ent, B-02-13, Aurora Place, Persiaran Jalil 1, Bukit Jalil, 57000, KL. Tel No: 0125032808 within 7 Working Days (Malaysia) / 10 Working days (Oversea)/ 3 working days (For in-store purchase). Please email us before you make return, all return items without email will be rejected.
  2. We DO NOT accept cash refund.
  3. We accept exchange of size, color and design.
  4. Please note that Best Buy/SALE/Discounted items, bikini, accessories are not exchangeable
  5. Please note that we do not accept cash refund but exchange with product or store credit. (only applicable when the size and colour request is out of stock)
  6. All back order items placed can’t be cancel and are not refundable or exchangeable.
  7. All methods of exchange can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
  8. Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined.
  9. All the return parcel postage fee is bear by the customer (included return postage) , and customer take the full responsibility till the parcel reaches us.

Please take note that;

  • a. *Color of products may varies 10-20% due to studio lighting and editing.
  • b. *There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material.
  • c. *For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.
  • d. Store credit discount code can only be used once, not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts/Points redemption.Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.
  • e. Exchange is NOT allowed to make directly at flagship and department store . Must email us in advance before drop by to make any exchange and return.
